There comes a time when one needs to sit back and looks at the things going on in his or her country. Not necessarily just one or two facets of the country, but alot of it. Sometimes when doing this, something may really stick out like a sore thumb.
What is wrong with the people in this nation when it comes to our children? Our children are getting stepped all over, and no one is standing up for them! Is it our goal to kill their futures not only through massive debt that they will not be able to pay off easily? Is it our goal to have them grow up with no self-esteem or sense of self-worth? Well, we already know that they are going to have to deal with the economic ignorance of our current administration long after we are gone, so let’s look at the self-worth/esteem issue.
First of all, the Safe School Czar Kevin Jennings. Here is a man that looked up to Harry Hay, “a radical, a communist, and a homosexual” (read the PDF on that page), and someone who had ties to NAMBLA. Jennings also gave advice to a 16-year old kid at one time. The kid told Jennings that he was seeing an older man, and claimed that he was having sex with him. Instead of Jennings doing the right thing and contacting the parents, he asked if he had worn a condom. That’s it. Oh, there is an argument that 16 was an age of consent at the time, but the truth that the liberals don’t want you to put together is that Jennings thought the kid was 15 at the time! Debate crushed. Be that as it may, the kid was apparently a sophomore in high school, and any high school kid shouldn’t be having sexual relations with someone that is older. Jennings is obviously irresponsible. On top of that, he also wrote a foreword for a book called “Queering Elementary Education” which has a lot of very disgusting material in it. I don’t want this man anywhere near my child’s school, or have anything to do with making policy for any schools.
Secondly, there was a judge recently that had to make a decision on a man that “[plead] guilty to first-degree statutory sodomy, child molestation, and enticement of a child.” The judge ended up suspending his sentence, the article states, and assigned him to five years of probation!! What the hell is wrong with that judge? How can he get away with that? The judge even refuses to answer any questioning put to him about his decision. Something needs to be done about this, because it’s truly, truly disgusting that this man is only getting probation.
Point C, the whole Polanski crap, which I have blogged about before. How all of these Hollywood idiots can stand behind him and say he has gone through alot of pain already is just baffling to me. This man drugged up a 13-year-old girl, performed oral sex on her, sodomized her… a whole host of crap, while she was saying no! The beast then ended up admitting to this crap, then skipped the country to get away from a sentencing. Thirty years later, here we are, and people are defending him! What the crap!?!
Fourth: Harvey Milk. This man was given the Congressional Medal of Freedom by Obama. He did alot to advance gay rights and what-not, but why is it that this man gets this honor when in his biography, which is all compiled from interviews of around 140-or-so people that were close to him, it’s stated that he had relations with a 16-year-old boy? Here’s the book, read pages 30 and 31. Milk was 33 when he was living with this kid!
All of this, on top of children singing songs about our current President… I just don’t get what the hell is going on in this country. Why aren’t more people speaking out about all of this? Our children need us!
