This is a program that can be used to keep track of your Sega Master System collection more easily. You can choose what region of games to view, then send them over to the My Collection pane. Afterwards, you can save your collection to a seperate file. This can be useful also if you do alot of trading online, and need to quickly copy/paste what you want to trade/sell. SMS Collect version 2 is the most recent, but the first version is still available for download if you really want it. The only real difference in version 2 is the addition of some context menus, the ability to attach region codes to your games lists, and the USA list was updated thanks to grolt at Sega8bit.
