I’ve noticed that alot of folks on the left like to make statements along the lines of “make up your mind, are we supposed to be Marxists, socialists, communists, fascists… they are all different!” Let’s take a look at these things.
Firstly, I want to put out there exactly what a Nazi is. It came from Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (National Socialist German Workers’ Party), which right there shows the socialistic tendencies of the Nazis. As an aside, it’s kind of funny how workers is worked into there, which reminds me alot of how the unions are here in the U.S. right now.
- Socialism
- 1. a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.
…
3. (in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.
Definition one matches up with Obama wanting to “spread the wealth,” no doubt. Definition three is saying that socialism, according to Marxist theory, is a stage between capitalism and communism. This keeps in step with what Lenin once said; “The goal of socialism is communism.” Let’s take a look at Marxism.
- Marxism
- the system of economic and political thought developed by Karl Marx, along with Friedrich Engels, esp. the doctrine that the state throughout history has been a device for the exploitation of the masses by a dominant class, that class struggle has been the main agency of historical change, and that the capitalist system, containing from the first the seeds of its own decay, will inevitably, after the period of the dictatorship of the proletariat, be superseded by a socialist order and a classless society.
A socialist order with a classless society. Spreading the wealth is meant to do just that, start knocking upper classes down, along with taxing “Cadillac plans” of the insured. I’d also say it’s perfectly arguable to say that our present administration is trying to push the decay of our capitalistic system right now by destroying our dollar. Another quote from Lenin can shed some light on this; “The best way to destroy the capitalist system is to debauch the currency.”
- Communism
- 1. a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.
We’re not quite there yet, but it’s on the verge! How many of you have your mortgage through a bank that was bailed out? Me too. That’s kind of a scary thought in itself. I would also say that my body is my property. This is under assault through the whole health care crap going on.
- Fascism
- 1. (sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.
He certainly isn’t a dictator at this point, but he is on the verge of suppressing opposition and criticism, which we have seen from the “email us disinformation,” and the radical views of people in charge at the FCC. Regimenting all industry and commerce seems to be going that way too. The reason I started paying more attention to politics in the first place is because of how Obama started deciding which CEOs shouldn’t be in charge at certain automobile companies. Scary stuff indeed.
All of this tied in with how Obama seems to be buddy-buddy with people that are enemies of liberty, you can certainly see why us that are right-of-center throw all of those terms at the left and this radical administration.

haha Nice comparison! They are definitely diseases in their own right. I find it alarming how many people in this country actually support the ideals of these -isms. I think some of them don’t even understand that they are actually in support of these things, aside from the White House, that is.
